"The Color Was Nothing Like I Expected"
I ordered this thinking it was going to be that warm tan color shown in the photos, and I was actually excited because I thought it would pull my room together. When the package arrived, I opened it up right away and immediately felt disappointed because the color looked more gray-brown than tan.

I tried moving it around the room and checking it in different lighting, hoping maybe it would look closer to the pictures, but it just didn’t match at all. Maybe the website photos were taken under different lighting, but it still felt misleading, and having to return it turned into an extra hassle I really didn’t want

"I’m not sure I’d order from Lumisource again"
I came away from my experience with lumisource feeling unsure about the brand. From my perspective, once the order was placed, the follow-through just didn’t give me much confidence.

Maybe other people have had smoother experiences, but for me, the communication felt lacking and it made me question how much they really care after the sale. I wouldn’t say I feel comfortable ordering from them again.

I wasn’t exactly expecting luxury, but I did think the chair would survive normal, light use for more than a short while. Unfortunately, it cracked quickly, which is always a fun surprise. The material feels cheap, and I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

I ordered a chair because the site said it was available, and then a few days later I got an email saying it was actually out of stock. Uh, frustrating because I could’ve just bought it somewhere else instead of waiting around. Seems like their inventory online isn’t kept up to date.

When my package arrived, the box was completely crushed. I was disappointed because the chair inside had scratches on it and was dirty right out of the box. Maybe I just got unlucky, but my experience wasn’t great.

"Slow replies and not much help"
I reached out to LumiSource about my order, and it took way too long to get any kind of real answer. The replies I did get felt kind of rushed, like they were just trying to get through it, and they didn’t really clear up the thing I was asking about. I ended up having to ask the same stuff more than once, which got frustrating. Overall, the communication was just not great and made the whole thing feel harder than it needed to be

"Warranty support wore me out"
I bought a chair from LumiSource and after just a few months it started having problems. I reached out, sent the photos, order info, and whatever else they asked for, thinking it would be a straightforward warranty claim.
Instead, the whole process just dragged on. The replies were slow, short, and didn’t really answer my questions, so I kept having to follow up and repeat myself. After a while it felt like I was bothering them just for trying to use the warranty that came with the chair.

Eventually I got tired of chasing them and nothing ever got fixed. I don’t have the energy to keep going back and forth over something that should’ve been handled better, so I just gave up. I wouldn’t buy from them again if this is what support looks like...

"Wrong color and not worth the hassle"
I ordered two bar stools from Lumisource, but they showed up in the wrong color. The label on the box didn’t even match what I ordered, which makes it feel like this should’ve been caught before it ever shipped.
Customer service was slow to get back to me and then asked me to send the same photos again, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. I needed stools for my kitchen, not another errand to deal with, and for the price and hassle, I don’t think it was worth it. I wouldn’t order from them again.

I’ve been waiting and waiting for my refund, and it’s getting really annoying. It’s been way too long, way too long, and I just wish they’d get it sorted already.

"Not much of a deal in the end"
I got the promo code to work, so I thought I was actually getting a decent discount. But once shipping was added, it basically wiped out most of the savings. I feel kind of stupid for trusting that it was going to be a better deal than it was. Overall, it was just okay.

I thought it looked a little odd online, but in person it really commits to the bit. The design feels cheap and has this awkward look to it, like it’s trying very hard to be stylish but forgot to finish the job.

"Replacement parts are a hassle"
I really like how my chair looks, and it’s been fine overall, but trying to get a replacement part has been frustrating.

A small piece broke, and I thought I’d be able to just order it somewhere on the site. Nope. I ended up emailing support and waiting around, only to hear it might not even be available.

For what the chair cost, I expected this part to be easier. Not a terrible experience, just annoying

I had a good checkout experience on lumisource.com. The cart updated the way it should, payment went through without any trouble, and the shipping options were clear enough. Like I said, it was easy overall. The only thing I would’ve liked is seeing the final total a little earlier before clicking through all the steps. But like I said, no real problems and everything went smoothly.

"Support didn’t really help when I had an issue"
I ran into a problem with my order and reached out to support, hoping they’d actually help sort it out. Instead, I kept getting short replies that didn’t really address anything. My sister even told me to keep pushing for an answer, but after days of going back and forth, I just gave up. The whole resolution process was really frustrating.

"Flimsy packaging and a frustrating experience"
The packaging was really flimsy, and the box showed up all banged up. It didn’t seem like the stuff inside was protected at all. What made it more annoying was that when I brought it up, I felt like I was being talked down to instead of actually listened to. Not impressed

"Nice chair, just had a tiny scratch"
I got a chair from lumisource and it’s nice for the price. It feels solid and looks just like the photos. One of the legs had a small scratch on it, which wasn’t a big deal, but I did notice it. Still happy with it overall and I’d probably order from them again

"Looks nice, but I can’t sit in it for long"
I ordered this lumisource chair thinking it would be a decent mix of style and comfort, but I was kind of disappointed. It looks okay in the room, but the seat feels really hard and the back support hits in a weird spot. I was trying to get things set up quickly and didn’t have time to overthink it, but after sitting in it for a bit, I realized it’s just not comfortable. For the price, I expected a lot better.

"I went on lumisource.com thinking I might find..."
I went on lumisource.com thinking I might find some decent furniture, but the prices had me going, what a joke. Some of the pieces look nice, sure, but not nice enough to justify what they’re charging. I found similar stuff at other stores for less, so it just didn’t feel worth it to me. Maybe other people are fine paying those prices, but I didn’t see the value and ended up not buying anything.
